A small GAA club based in North Antrim, St Brigids is at the heart of this rural community providing sporting, physical and social activities to approx. 150 local people from the age of five through to adult senior teams. And they pride themselves on being open and inclusive to everyone in the community – offering a safe and welcoming environment for all. They sought assistance with the cost of additional training equipment for the benefit of all participants as they re-open following the pandemic under new Covid restrictions which mitigate the risk of cross-infection through sharing items. A grant of £650 was approved.
