Ballykelly Primary School PTA

Established 15 years ago to help raise money and organise events within the school and for the benefit of the wider community, Ballykelly Primary School Parent Teacher Association sought funding towards improving the quality of toys and the outdoor play equipment for its Parent & Toddler group – which has now re-opened following closure during the pandemic.  The Committee understood how school budgets are stretched and, recognising the benefit of having a team of dedicated people who strive to enhance pupils’ education and ensure the School can provide holistically for all the needs of its children, awarded a Drapers’ Company grant of £1,315 (which represented approx. 50% of the estimated costs of equipment).
