County Antrim NI Supercup Organising Committee

Already committed to paying expenses for players’ accommodation, the Supercup’s newly constituted Organising Committee sought assistance with the purchase of match kits for two teams (U16s and U18s) to compete in the NI Supercup 2022 – taking place from Sunday 24^th July to Friday 29^th July in the three local Council areas of Antrim and Newtownabbey, Causeway Coast and Glens, and Mid and East Antrim.  Formerly NI Milk Cup, the SuperCupNI was established 1983 and has since become one of the world’s best international youth football tournaments!  The LAC learned that the Organising Committee had almost raised the total amount required to enter the two teams in the competition and a grant of £1,000 from The Clothworkers NI Fund was agreed.
