Dungiven Outdoor Bowling Club

Looking to drive the Club’s success by having top of the range facilities and build on the state-of-the-art surface – and with a significant amount of worked already completed (foundations, ducting and electrical cabling in place), Dungiven OBC applied for funding towards the installation of a digital LED full colour scoreboard (purchase, erection and connection).  In addition to other organisations successfully approached for assistance, together with sponsorship proceeds, the Committee noted the Club’s plans for a fund-raising night to cover any shortfall.  And, with this in mind, agreed a grant of £1,000 (as requested) from the Drapers’ Company Fund.
