Friends of Rossmar School, Limavady : together we grow learn succeed

Made up of parents and friends of those attending Rossmar Special School, this Association has worked tirelessly to assist with much needed fund-raising over the last five years for outdoor and sensory equipment for the new school build.  Now in occupation, Friends of Rossmar sought financial assistance with the provision of reflexology sessions and a music and movement programme (Coochie Coo) over an 11-week period from April to June.  Both the Secretary and Mayor Ivor Wallace recalled attending in late 2022 the opening of the new school buildings (which saw the amalgamation of three schools) and the Committee agreed a grant of £2,310 obo The Drapers’ Company to cover the cost of a reflexology therapist (£1,540) and Coochie Coo musician (£770).
