Limavady Recreation Club

Essentially a tennis and bowling club, Limavady Recreation Club also offers a large outreach to other groups within the community.  And, wishing to extend facilities and appeal to younger people or those unable to participate in tennis or outdoor bowls, sought funding towards renovating part of their clubhouse to provide an area for indoor games such as pool and darts.  The Committee happily awarded a grant of £1,250 (including £200 on behalf of The Drapers’ Company) towards costs estimated in the application.
