North West Zone Bowls, Limavady and surrounding areas

Taking a squad of 26 players (aged 17-68) to Wales to participate in the British Isles Top Team competition in December, North West Zone Bowls applied for assistance with the cost of travel (flights and coach hire) and hotels.  The Secretary believed this was “a first”, and the Committee readily agreed an Irish Society grant of £1,000 as requested in the application.
